Information submitted
The contact form asks for your name, work email, organisation, area of interest, and message. Submit only information that you are authorised to share.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to evaluate and respond to your enquiry. Kelvotem does not use the form to create an automated marketing profile.
Delivery and abuse prevention
When configured, form submissions are sent to Kelvotem through Resend, the email delivery processor. The endpoint also processes network information temporarily to limit repeated requests and reduce spam. Resend and the website hosting provider may maintain operational logs under their own policies.
Cookies and analytics
Kelvotem does not currently configure marketing cookies, advertising trackers, or website analytics on this site.
Confidential information
Do not submit confidential facility data, controlled technical information, or trade secrets through this website before an appropriate agreement is established.

Use the website contact form to ask a privacy question or request deletion of information submitted through the form. This notice describes the current website implementation and is not a guarantee about systems that may be added in the future.
